For anytime you have seen a magician perform a trick, you were a witness to sleight of hand. In performing a magic trick, the magician's challenge is to redirect the audience's attention, in order to create an alternative visual experience. This redirection of attention is Sleight of Hand.

On the other hand, there are those who are skilled at using their choice of words and actions in a way that can redirect one s perception of their beliefs, values, attitudes and emotions, to create an alternate visceral experience. This is called Sleight of Heart.

Sleight of Heart (SOH) is a work in progress, a dynamic medium dedicated to the dejected victims of social casualty. SOH represents a catharsis via art, poetry, and music, of the negative feelings and emotions created upon the realization that we have been sleighted.
